February 22, 2021 – Dallas, Texas, USA –coreNOC, a leader in rapid deployment communication networks, has joined other industry leaders to become part of the Telecom Infra Project (TIP). TIP “is a global community of companies and organizations working together to accelerate the development and deployment of open, disaggregated, and standards-based technology solutions that deliver high quality connectivity.”
During 4Q 2020, coreNOC participated in TIP’s Rural Best Practices PlugFest where coreNOC executives served as panel experts. The event, which was broadcast globally, sought solutions that will allow service providers to “globally accelerate infrastructure to rural unconnected areas”. PlugFest served as a collaborative effort to bring operators, infrastructure providers, integrators and academic institutions together to validate the interoperability of an end-to-end active site configuration. During the event, coreNOC presented The Simple Site as an all-inclusive, affordable product with rapid deployment for connectivity anywhere.
“Becoming a member of the Telecom Infra Project (TIP) has enabled coreNOC to not only collaborate with the brightest minds in the industry, but also reach a larger audience through the TIP marketplace,” stated Ben Ealey, CIO of coreNOC. “It offers a central point where wireless network operators can search for products that have been TIP tested and approved.”
As a TIP Exchange Solutions Provider, coreNOC was the recipient of the Blueprint Badge on their Simple Site indicating it meets and received support by a TIP peer review.
