earned a Master of Studies in Law from the University of Southern California, Gould School of
Law, specializing in Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, and Sports/Entertainment Law. Prior to
his legal studies, David pursued a passion for music, obtaining a Master of Arts in Music with a
focus on Clarinet Performance from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Arts in Music
Performance and Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Champaign.
David’s unique blend of legal, technical, and artistic education brings a fresh perspective to
problem-solving and project management within the IT industry. His leadership in deploying and
managing SD-WAN, WLAN, and cloud architecture solutions positions CoreNOC to continue
